Ms. Rychlik has over 12 years of experience working in the food and food ingredient industries. She possesses a unique industry perspective, having spent time both consulting to these industries as well as having worked directly in the dairy industry and for a food ingredient company.

Ms. Rychlik began her career in nutrition education and public relations for the dairy industry. She then worked as a consultant with Arthur D. Little, Inc., in Cambridge, MA for four years, consulting to food, food ingredient and pharmaceutical companies with a focus on technology and market opportunities for healthy food ingredients and nutraceuticals. She later spent two years as Director, Corporate Information for Opta Food Ingredients in Bedford, MA and has since served as an independent consultant to Arthur D. Little before co-founding The Food Group.

She holds an M.B.A. from Babson Graduate School of Business and a B.S. in Nutritional Sciences from Cornell University. She is a Registered Dietitian and a member of The American Dietetic Association.
