Ms. Flesch has worked as a consultant for over 15 years. Since co-founding The Food Group, she has been mainly involved in assisting clients with the analysis of new opportunities, as well as broad strategy support from new products to acquisitions.

Prior to The Food Group, Ms. Flesch spent 12 years at Arthur D. Little, most recently as a unit manager for its Technology Consulting business within the Consumer Products Practice.

Ms. Flesch holds a B.S. in Food Science from Rutgers University, and is a member of the Institute of Food Technologists.
